The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Rush University Medical Center is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide outpatient care primarily in its Child & Adolescent Program in Chicago’s North Shore. Qualified candidates must be board certified in Psychiatry and either BE/BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. This position is focused on direct treatment and will include an administrative role with strong possibility of programmatic growth and development as well as the opportunity for forensic psychiatry and school evaluations subject to interest and experience.

The Section of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry has a strong clinical, research and community based academic program. This position will offer an excellent opportunity for clinical work, and potential for resident and fellow supervision, teaching and an administrative role. In addition to these duties, participation in research projects, local and national organized medicine, community education, as well as academic presentations of clinical and research related work is greatly encouraged and supported.
