The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, is seeking a General Internal Medicine physician to join their primary care team at RUSH River North in the heart of downtown Chicago!  

RUSH River North is located at 539 N. Dearborn St. and provides outpatient primary and specialty care services. This clinic is housed in a 10,000-square-foot ground-floor space in the heart of the River North neighborhood. Our Primary Care team includes 5 faculty physicians, 1 APP, dedicated Medical Assistants and nursing staff. Responsibilities will include direct patient care and involvement with teaching medical students and residents. These positions provide opportunities for career and academic growth and leadership development. The Division of Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center is academically active and growing.There are currently more than 50 full-time faculty members active in a variety of professional activities, including research, medical education, leadership, health equity, and quality improvement work. RUSH is constantly expanding its academic, educational, and clinical footprint, currently providing care at over 10 clinical sites across Chicago and its Western suburbs, including the recent opening of the West Loop practice.
