Rush University System for Health (RUSH) is expanding into Munster, Indiana, in summer 2022!

RUSH Munster, our newest outpatient center, is seeking General Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join us in providing care to patients and communities in the region with convenient access to our nationally ranked clinical programs. Rush Primary Care Physicians provide care at over 10 clinical sites embedded in various communities in Chicago, its western suburbs, and now in Munster, about 30 miles southeast of the Chicago Loop. As we expand our clinical footprint across the region, we maintain our unyielding commitment to excellence demonstrated by our physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and medical staff.

RUSH Munster, a multispecialty outpatient practice, will make it more convenient for people living and working in the region to receive the most coordinated, advanced health care from their RUSH providers. In addition to Primary Care, RUSH Munster will offer access to the following specialists: Breast Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Epilepsy, GI, Neuro-oncology, Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Plastic Surgery, Transplant services, Urogynecology, Urology, and Vascular. Rush currently provides Thoracic Surgery services at Franciscan Health hospitals in the region and is also planning for telestroke services with the hospital system. The Division of General Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center is academically active and growing. There are currently more than 50 full-time faculty members who partake in research and provide education to medical graduates and medical students while maintaining a thriving outpatient clinical practice. In addition, many General Internal Medicine providers at Rush maintain clinical practices at offsite locations

The Department of Family Medicine at Rush is a well-established, diverse group with recognized specialty care relationships and office patterns. The team’s practice provides comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages and stages of health, including prevention, patient education, chronic disease self-management and acute medical care.
