The Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join their growing Primary Care team at RUSH Lincoln Park!

RUSH Lincoln Park clinic, located at 2835 N Sheffield Ave, provides primary and specialty care services. The office boasts a neighborhood connection providing expert care to meet patient needs, lifestyle, and beliefs.  The clinic consists of 10 patient exam rooms and is currently expanding to add 5 more exam rooms. The space is ideal for collaborating providers and staff and offers onsite full-service laboratory to meet patient needs. RUSH provides flexible scheduling options to patients and RUSH providers with morning and evening hours, Monday through Friday, and limited weekend hours.

Responsibilities will include direct patient care and involvement with teaching of medical students and residents. These positions provide opportunities for career and academic growth and leadership development. The Department of Family Medicine at Rush has a well-established, diverse group with recognized specialty care relationships and office patterns. The team’s practice provides comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages and all stages of health including prevention, patient education, chronic disease self-management, and acute medical care. Physicians share 1:6 after-hours call and inpatient rounding responsibilities, maintain outpatient clinical practice, and teach Rush University medical students.
