Rush University Medical Center, a nationally recognized clinical and academic institution and the teaching hospital for Rush Medical and Nursing Colleges, located in downtown Chicago, invites applications for the position Urology/Men’s Health Faculty to join the growing Department of Urology. The new team member will be based at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be Fellowship trained in the diagnosis and surgical management of Men’s Health issues including Peyronie’s disease, end stage erectile dysfunction, and fertility issues (among others).

This Urology/Men’s Health Faculty position at Rush offers a unique opportunity to:

  • Utilize the Rush network and platform to become a leading practitioner in the management of Urologic/Men’s Health diseases in Chicago and the Midwest
  • Join a diverse faculty team with full subspecialty representation in the management of Urologic disease
  • Partner with the nationally recognized Rush Gender Affirmation program

Many urologists at Rush are experts in minimally invasive surgical techniques — including advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures — and participate in clinical trials looking into new treatments for urologic disorders. Experience in all aspects of Urology is highly desired.  Candidates must be board certified/board eligible in Urology. The predominant criteria for appointment are: a major commitment to research, teaching, and patient satisfaction, excellence in clinical care, and institutional service.  Candidates should be eligible for a faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.
